Hilton regularly publish hidden deals and fast-track offers to entice new guests to stay in their hotels. Though these fast-track offers are mainly focused towards business travellers usually there are no restrictions set in place for guests booking for leisure purposes. In the past they have had some excellent promotions offering new members Hilton Gold status in their loyalty scheme Hilton Honors after booking a limited amount of stays. Hilton seem to be back with another of these promotions where you can fast track your status level to Hilton Gold, even if you stay for business or leisure.
These loopholes are usually closed down quite quickly as Hilton usually lock these offers to only allow fast-track from a certain business email addresses, or something similar. At the moment though there is an easy way to start the fast-track process to get Hilton Gold status.
The offer is meant to be open to only employees of specific companies but the links are available publicly so anyone can register. Hilton also do not check (or are unable to check) if you are actually an employee of that specific company. There is no email verification (you could be an employee of the company but sign up to Hilton HHonors using your personal email address). This status loophole is again likely quick to be closed down so I would recommend signing up as soon as possible.
To fast track your Hilton Honors membership to Gold status signup through the American Express Global Business Traveller promotion. After completing 4 stays within 90 days of signing up to Hilton Honors through the dedicated link your account will be updated to Gold status.
Their mid/high level status, Hilton Honors Gold status, opens the door to free room upgrades and free breakfast for the duration of your stay, and is currently available after just 4 stays (see the benefits of Hilton Honors Gold status).
