If you ever need to get in touch with a company it’s best to know in advance the quickest and easiest way to contact that company. Curve publish on their site a list of contact methods, including their social media details, but seem to hide away their contact telephone number. The telephone number is clearly displayed on their cards, but what if you lose your card, or have it stolen?
If you are new to Curve then start by reading the original article which gives a full background to the “all in one” card concept.
How To Contact Curve
This is the quickest way to get in touch with Curve if you don’t have access to your Curve app. If you lose your card, or even worse have it stolen, then first try and block your card by using the app and then contact Curve. You can call Curve on 0203 322 2585.
If you have any problems then the advisor will be able to help or point you in the right direction, but this contact number should really only called in an emergency.
You can contact Curve directly through the app. In my own experience this has been the fastest way to receive a response from their Customer Services Team, and usually takes a couple of hours during business hours. Curve even called me when abroad to resolve an issue after sending them a secure message. That’s good customer service!
If email is your preferred method you can contact Curve on firstname.lastname@example.org
