A night cruise taking in the skyline of the city, and then sampling some of the world’s best Dim Sum from Hong Kong’s lively food scene – that’s what i’d do if I was in Hong Kong right now! Being honest with these London to Hong Kong flights priced at £350 for a return ticket per person, i’m actually tempted to book.
Cathay Pacific, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways are all pushing low fares at the moment for these direct flights from the capital, London. Cathay Pacific fights are priced the cheapest at £350 for return flights, Virgin Atlantic at £360 return, and British Airways at £370 return.
Flights between the UK and Hong Kong are usually double this price. Cathay Pacific, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways all appear to be going head-to-head, constantly trying to undercut each other on various long-haul routes. If you are an Avios collector then the Cathay Pacific or British Airways flights will help to boost your miles balance and also tier points. If your more inclined towards Virgin Atlantic then these flights will earn Flying Club miles. Either way these are cheap fares, even if you don’t collect air miles.
All flights on the airlines mentioned above leave from either London Heathrow or London Gatwick airport, and arrive into Hong Kong the following afternoon (due to the time difference). Flights are available from November 2016 until March 2017.
The flights can be viewed directly on Skyscanner. Dates can be amended to suit your preference and all airlines are listed in the search results, making it easy to compare every option.
